Its been real real long time since i have posted anything on here. I hope everyone is holding up well since i left, i think it been more then a year already. Just been busy with life and i almost hit a point where i wanted to quite vaping all together but i figured out how much i enjoy vaping so i rather decided to stick with it
Sooo, i have a few mods that i feel are awesome but lacking a few things. I suck big time at hardware modification specially electronic ones. I need some help from those who are good with hardware and electronics. I am sure i will find someone who has better understanding then me here.
I have asmodus luna squonk which i feel doesnt hit as hard as wismec luxotic squonk and i was thinking to swap their mosfet chips because the luxotic is not only used but its been abused.. lol Luxotic was my everyday work horse for a long time and it has taken some serious damage aesthetically. Can this be done? I tried to open the luna but i failed. I have already placed my topside in the rubish bin lol because of my expertise in hardware. I damaged it to the point it was no good for any maintenance and i was only disassembling it to clean up from inside. I thought there was liquid inside and just wanted to clean everything. Haha
That is why i dont want to risk anything now with the luna squonk. Its a beautiful device and i would rather see someone using it then breaking it and chucking it in a bin.
Sorry for the real real long post. Any help from real experts will be helpful.
Is the Luna not hitting as hard as it used to? Or did it never hit hard? I'm assuming it's the former, in which case it's the contacts that need resurrecting rather than the mosfet.
Get some deoxit, red and gold, from jaycar or some such place, and you will be back in hard hit heaven.
Oh, and good to see you mr king. 👋
Hey good to see you too rockmoose and thanks for the help. I was starting to loose hope on fixing it. Haha And may be you are right about contacts issue. I do see my positive contact been little rusted. I will try cleaning it with deoxit and see if its fixed. Thanks for the help I will update you on the same.
