So, some of you may know me for some time now, I've been around the vaping scene for some years. I'm not sure how long, maybe 5 years now I guess.
Not long after I started vaping I dropped all flavourings, it was too much effort and additional risk I didn't want to take on, and I like the taste of plain juice just fine. It was great for years and I haven't looked back at all
Something that is disturbing me now though is that I am getting phlegm from vaping. It's been going on for some months. It's a white phlegm and comes out very easily, but it's still not something I like hacking out regularly. I don't vape a lot, about 2mls a day.
Has anyone else experienced this as well? Any way to avoid it? What to do?

how much VG in your juice?
some react this way to high VG, and sometimes describe a feeling of a ball, or obstruction in their throat

I'm using 50/50. The funny thing is that the phlegm doesn't really seem to be coming from my lungs, I just went as saw the doc about an hour ago, he said my lungs are crystal clear. (20 years smoking apparently didn't really hurt me that much)
It's like it's coming form my esophagus and running down until it makes a goo ball, ready for the hacking ceremony.
So a high PG mix might avoid the issue ya reckon? Like 80/20?

ive said before on via and avf.
Its incredibly hard to find these days but get a bottle of Kirks Traditional Lemonade.
When ever i got the phlegm build up from smoking or chest infections a few gulps of that shit could strip the carbon from steel if it had the mind to.
