Wish I had kept better records. I think 100mL lasts me a bit longer than a week but I hear you on vaping all the time.
I am hoping that will tail off with time but even if it doesn't, I figure constant drip feeding is better for the cardiovascular system than 'spiking' on stronger juice ?
Probably vascular more than cardio? Vasculo restrictor. But I would think that less intake is ever so slightly better for lungs?
True - and for a long time I felt less volume of stronger juice was better because less inhaling but I wasn't getting anywhere with weaning off.
When I started I was using up to 4mL a day of 36mg/mL - so 144mg/day. At my current strength of 4mg/mL I am getting through about 20-40mg/day which I think is the same as 1 or 2 strong patches. So I guess I am slowly getting there and no wonder patches are bloody useless - they are weak sauce.
Thanks Foo. Your down to where I am now, and vaping half the juice I do . Well done!
You are on 3 though - so my 7 x 4 over the past couple of weeks is more like 2/3 of your 14 x 3 ?
I can tell already I'm going to be using closer to 10+mL/day as I acclimatise to 3mg/mL and you are absolutely right about there only being so many hours a day you can vape - we'll be getting vaper's thumb RSI injuries as a public health concern next!
12mg when started over 4 years ago. 18 months ago I dropped down to 6mg. New batch I have started 1 month ago down to 3mg. Reducing the Nicotine has not made me vape more - average 5 - 7mls per day. Also I Vape unflavoured now for 2 years and found it more beneficial for me; by that I mean ... Coils last much, much longer and seems more satisfying/natural.
