I was at Airlie beach ferry terminal in January 2015 when I went outside for a cigarette, the bain of addictions in a collection that I once had. There, standing in the heat, was a bloke with some strange contraption to his gob that looked like a sonic screwdriver, it looked like an alternative to what I had sticking out of mine. It was a very flash e-cigarette as he explained in minor detail the workings. He told me where I could get one, when I got home I looked the site up and was amazed at what was on offer. I thought that it would all be pretty much the same price and just hit the cart button after a few exchanges of Q & A with the vendor. I ended up starting with a Kangertech Protech III starter kit & 2 juices and found out later that I had been severely ripped off. It seems that the bloke at Airlie beach owned the joint he directed me to. Tattoo of 'Mug' on my forehead time. Research people, research!
Last 'stinky' was 3 years ago today! I started vaping on 10/02/2015 and haven't looked back. In health, odours and coughing my lungs out every morning and late at night.
I started making my own coils and wicking them, making my own juices with some success and fails along the way, but nothing majorly expensive compared to the bucks I would have burned through with smokes since.
I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people with the same curiosity that I had in some really different places all over the country.
The same goes for AVF, and now here at ViA.
You can't go far wrong with the help and advice, but can get detoured and find lovely stories, funny buggers and the whole spectrum of people, not to forget the odd dropkick that you'd move your chair away from, here or there.
