I've been vaping since 2013. I have been on highish nicotine levels for most of that time. Recent regulations type stuff inspired me to try to lower my consumption. A couple of months ago, I tried lowering from 50mg nicotine and 9mg WTA to 45/9. This appeared to go OK. Last mixing session I again dropped approximately 5% of my previous. So down to 40mg and 9mg WTA. I have had no cravings. My ml per day remained fairly steady. I have been increasingly grumpy though. Which is also partly explained by brain cooties. But I tried going back up to 45/9 and admittedly I do feel better. Calmer and less ruminating. Too early to tell. But I will monitor it over time and gauge as I go. Anyway, just in case anyone is interested. Very interested Mr. DogMan. I too have dropped my mg from 20 to 18 expecting little to no difference but I'm afraid that's not been the case. Similarly I don't think my juice consumption has altered but I'm sure my temper has. I have found myself getting irritated easier and I don't like it. I've not exploded into fits of rage but have found seemingly insignificant little things have annoyed me. I honestly didn't think such a small reduction would make any difference and have thought that it's all in my mind too. The reply from my local MP really pushed my buttons and I truly had to restrain myself from replying in a way I know I'd regret and would not help either. However, on the plus side I've been a little underhanded with my sons intake. I've been mixing his at 10 mg instead of 12 mg as we originally agreed. After the reprieve we spoke and as far as he's concerned he's still on 12 mg but he's not. I have asked rather obscure questions about the juice etc and as far as I can tell, both by his answers and actions, he's as happy as normal. He certainly hasn't questioned anything anyway. |

about 7 years ago, i would have been finalising my plans for pay day on the 18th, when i ordered my first kit reading lots of 510 dripping atomiser vs cartomiser talk, which was probably/maybe slightly older information at the time. Not sure, but i did learn that 1 year old blog posts are ancient in vaping terms settled on the new(ish) trend of bottom coil clearomisers i don't remember why 2020 has been a long year. November is normally "where did the year go?", but this year, i struggle to remember life before covid so, not certain what purchases were this year currently vaping SVA kimaster R, stumpy RDA, nicobacco (new today) think i need to tweak nicobacco percentage, compared to initial trials. But it seems good oh, i did manage to lower nicotine a little this year. From 50mg to 45mg. liking dna60 over dna75, battery gets through bottle comfortably. Where dna75 usually throttled wattage down a bit towards very end of bottle thank you everyone for putting up with my post whoring  posting now, because it hasn't been forefront of my mind, and i might forget |

 conservative estimate that a chop chop rollie contains 10mg of tar i ticked over 2kg of tar not in my lungs recently which must be a good thing |

Feel ok. But vaping more and giving myself heart palpitations and sweating with more nic by way of chain vaping
