I've moved this convo out of studiovape 's thread, as it's a bit off topic for there.

Actually, I'm really boring when it comes to all my gear, so have little experience. I vape with a little more air these days. But I am still a huge fan of the Origen Little 16. I have four of them with the biggest airholes open both sides (I can't imagine anything else on my Custom Classics). Vape shops tend to be surprised at how much vapour comes out of the tiny O-16s and am often asked what the atty is. I dunno, the youth of today!
I somehow ended up with two Haku Cruisers and two Haku Phenoms, which I run about half open. And now I have a Venna; I would love a second one of those, but it's not happening any time soon as they're not selling to existing owners yet. But Cat , I do recommend the Venna if you can get on a list (and they are big lists these day - 300? rather than the 50 units on early Haku lists). Ah, and I have a Sentinel, which is destined to go on my Hellfire Cobra when that list gets down to #417 or whatever I am.
All of those setups are similar air - maybe a fairly open MTL or restricted DL?? Certainly not real tight like the older atties I still have. I use the Hakus on my stab wood mods because they are very hard to over-squonk. I do occasionally over-squonk the O-16s. I should go squonk-vape-vape-vape-squonk-vape-vape..., but when I get distracted I go squonk-forget-squonk-forget-squonk-wipe
As an aside, I started using a budgeting tool called Pocketbook (app and web version) and love it. It syncs with your bank account each day and categorises all your spending - for most transactions, the categorisation is automatic, though Paypal requires intervention. I paid the $9 or $10 for the 'Analyse' function on the web (it's free otherwise). It tells me exactly how much I have spent on vaping ... a useful reminder now I'm slowly slipping into retirement and the pension. And possibly why it looks as though I'm selling my gorgeous, but rarely used, brass CC.

Thanks Di 😊
I keep checking the Haku group just in case! Damn missed that opportunity at Regency Vapes yesterday.
Is the Hellfire Cobra a tighter draw than the Strike?
That analysis tool sounds very handy, though I’m not sure I want to know 😜
I would be interested in your CC if you decide to sell it, though I would prefer a SS one. Is there a list on ECF?
Sorry, so may questions!Cat, the Hellfire Cobra is a new mosfet squonker - not many in Australia yet. I don't own a Strike - I wasn't tempted when they came out. Seemed a bit big and complicated for my needs.
Corey over on ecf is still making SS custom classics, as far as I know. You just have to message him and ask - he's a top bloke to deal with. They are heavy though - at least compared with the Al and Ti. Brass is heavier again, which is partly why it's being sold - it looks gorgeous but doesn't get a lot of use.
I was in Vapour Power and it was a bit of a CC fest; four or five people there who happened to have CCs. One guy was saying how much he'd love a brass one and how he has the perfect gold atty for it. So I smugly say, "I have one". Next thing I know, a sale is being discussed. I wasn't actually planning on selling it
I'll be posting a farewell pic of it here before it leaves my possession. It seems I can only sell mods I love - if I don't love it, then I don't want to lumber someone else with it.
I also don't want to sell it unless he loves it, so we're meeting up again at VP next weekend so he can see it first. Sorry, but none of my others are for sale. They are my Armageddon stash
You're probably right about Pocketbook. It was very sobering to see where my money goes.
